Human Development Services
Human Developmental Services provides services for
individuals with mental retardation or developmental
disabilities. This division gives to those whom it serves,
a foundation and basic building blocks to address their

Regional Prevention Center
The Regional Prevention Center is a resource for the
community, providing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug
prevention services which include consultation and
technical assistance, training and educational programs,
public information, community mobilization, coalition
development and a multimedia resource library. Services
are provided to the Lake Cumberland area consisting of
Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary,
Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne counties.
